            Delegates Zukoff, Young, Hansen, Diserio and Hornbuckle move to amend SB524 on page 7, Section 1, line 151, following the period by inserting a new subsection to read as follows:

            “(s) The amendments enacted by SB524 during the 2022 Regular Session of the Legislature become effective July 1, 2023.”
